As a small company with limited stock quantities, we kindly ask that you shop responsibly. We are always here to help, so do ask us if you have any questions.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You can return the order without the original box or envelope, which may lower the cost. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that all vintage items are final sale.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label. Free returns from France and the EU. Returns from the United States are charged a fixed shipping label fee of 30€. This will be deducted from your refunded amount.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our vintage items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@maisonpoire.com.
Fraudulent Orders
We reserve the right to place a temporary hold or to cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identity before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.
Changes to your Order/Cancellations
Please take your time while checking out via our website. Once your order has been placed, we cannot edit, change or cancel. We thank you for your understanding. Please reach out to contact@maisonpoire.com for further assistance.
Order Information
All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase.
