Shipping Policy

Your order is our top priority and will be en route at the earliest possible opportunity. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed prior to being dispatched. Please note, during sale, promotional, and peak periods orders may take longer than usual to be processed and dispatched. During these periods, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your order to be processed.

For orders shipped within Europe, we ship via Colissimo and offer free shipping on orders over 200 €. Any orders under this value will incur a shipping fee. 

For orders shipped to the United States we ship via DHL and offer free shipping on orders over $250. Any orders under this value will incur a shipping fee of $25. DHL estimated delivery timeframes commence once your order has been forwarded to the courier.

Online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays in France.

Duties and Taxes

Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis, which means you will not have to pay additional fees when your order arrives in your country. Taxes and duties are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the value of your purchase. These are added to your order total in the checkout.

This charge is determined by your local customs authority and includes;

1. The Sales Tax applied by your country for purchases from France; and
2. Duties charged for processing by your country.

Maison Poire does not refund prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout.
