  1. Do the throw pillows come filled?
    • No, we do not sell pillow inserts.
  2. How do I clean my textiles?
    • Wash your products separately on a cold, delicate cycle with very mild detergent. Do not dry clean, tumble dry, soak or bleach them. Iron at a medium setting if necessary.
  3. Do you offer custom sizing?
    • Unfortunately, no. All of our products are only available in the size they are displayed online.
  4. I received my order, but there is an issue with the textile.
    • As our range of textiles are handprinted, we do not consider printing irregularities a fault. Rather, these are part of the charm of the process. If you still believe that the product you received is faulty, please contact us and send a photo for our team to review and we will take it into consideration. 
  5. Can I exchange an item(s)?

    • Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange items. You will need to return the unwanted item and then place a new order. All vintage products are final sale. Sale items are also final sale.
  6. What is your return policy?

    • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@maisonpoire.com. Please note that all vintage items are final sale. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

  7. How does refunding happen?
    • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@maisonpoire.com.

Fraudulent Orders

We reserve the right to place a temporary hold or to cancel your order in the event we have reasonable grounds to believe it is fraudulent. In such circumstances we will attempt to contact you, using the email address you provided at the time of booking and may request you to either provide further proof of identity before issuing your order. In the event we are not able to contact you or the information provided does not meet our minimum identification requirements, we may cancel your order with no liability whatsoever.

Changes to your Order/Cancellations

Order Information

All purchase receipts are sent to your email once your order has been processed and paid for. We will also send you a shipment confirmation once your order has been shipped, this will contain a tracking number which can be used to track the journey of your purchase. Please contact us immediately if you have not received your order confirmation or shipping confirmation emails within 72 hours of purchase.
